As director of a bespoke Architectural company Shelley Indyk strives for excellence and innovation in each project her team embarks upon.
Shelley’s has more than 30 years experience in highly detailed Commercial and Planning works; Private Houses; and Community based Urban projects and Competitions.

As leading Interior Architects for Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Wellington five star QT hotels and numerous Events cinema projects, Indyk is able to accommodate demanding budgets, coordination of consultants, changing client demands and committee decision making. The office aims to see their works to completion and have extensive site management experience.

Consistently the Indyk team has also worked on bespoke residential work , enjoyed for its level of detailing and particularity to context and people.

Community projects, have been of consistent interest to Indyk.
In 1988-1993 with work for The Aboriginal Housing Company; 1996-1998 the Oxford Falls Peace Park Design Team; 1998, in Jerusalem Israel, Indyk co-created an International Landscape/Architectural Seminar for international students from Spain, Norway, Palestine and Israel, followed by lectureship at The Technion Haifa.

Indyk has collaborated in International competitions such as Bethlehem 2000, Tel Aviv Urban Square; The Gallipoli National Park to Peace Park, 4th place; the limited competition for New Community Mosque in Nazareth, 2nd place.
In 2011 she worked with the aboriginal community in Yirrkala towards a staged development of a healing centre for traditional and alternative medicines.
Indyk is a director on the board of the Aboriginal Benefits Foundation , a not for profit organisation supporting art health based programs in remote aboriginal areas.

During the last few years Indyk Architects has been involved with Multi Residential projects; completed the interior scope for the award winning, new build, boutique hotel -EBB Dunedin NZ and is collaborating with CE-Boston Global and ACCOR/ 25 hrs to complete the new 25hrs flagship hotel in Australia.
