SANDER VERSLUIS

Sander Versluis completed his Master of Architecture at the Amsterdam Academy of Architecture He has played a crucial role in various complex retail, mixed-use and residential projects at UNS, such as the 80 Collins Next Hotel in Melbourne and Canaletto Residences in London. He has also contributed to significant infrastructure projects like the Arnhem Central Station and the DOHA Metro project.

Since 2013, Sander has focused on the Australian market. In 2021, Sander took on the responsibility of establishing the Melbourne office and has since been involved in projects across Australia. Noteworthy among these is the current design development of ‘STH BNK By Beulah,’ home to the UNS Green Spine towers, which is to become Australia’s tallest tower. Sander’s role involves translating design ideas and concepts into tangible deliverables and prototypes, making them achievable realities.

Next to his work at UNS, Sander has a passion for mentoring new tallent though leading design studios at Monash University and MSD at the University of Melbourne, where he emphasized healthy cities, innovative program structures and integrated sustainable design.
