Ryan Smith is an inclusive tourism expert and the founder of The Access Agency where he leads partnerships with operators and destinations to provide excellence in the visitor economy.

He has a degree from the Swinburne School of Design, he’s a wheelchair traveller and is a qualified Access Consultant.

Visit Victoria, Tourism and Events Queensland, City of Gold Coast, Tourism North East and Destination Gippsland are among his clients.

Most recently he was invited onto the accessible tourism panel at Destination Australia, he was a judge at the Victorian Tourism Awards, and is a member of European Network on Accessible Tourism.
