Narej Farik has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked with leading five-star brands including Marriott International, Oberoi Hotels and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. He has extensive experience as a hotel consultant, advising on feasibility studies, operator selection, and technical services across more than 20 hotels and resorts throughout Asia and Australia. He previously served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. In 2011, Narej transitioned into hospitality investment and property development in Australia delivering consultancy and project management services for leading international hotel brands. His scope of work included research, feasibility studies, technical advisory services, and analysis, and he has been involved in the delivery of successful projects across the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia, including integrated resorts and large-scale mixed-use townships of over 1,200 hotel keys where hospitality formed part of the broader development mix. He joined Amora Hotels & Resorts in 2023 where he is presently the Chief Development Officer and plays a key role in driving the group’s expansion across Australia and Asia.
