Jason is a globally recognised bar, beverage and hospitality expert. Having started out in the industry from a young age, Jason worked in banquets at The Hyatt Regency Coolum before embarking on a twenty-five-year career working with some of the world’s best bars, brands and luxury hotel groups.

For over eight years Jason ran the highly revered Singapore-based bar consultancy, ‘Proof Creative’ while conceptualising and launching numerous World’s 50, and Asia’s 50 Best Bars mostly for hotel clients. Highlights of his hotel work included include Raffles Singapore, ARGO Four Seasons Hong Kong, Charles H. Four Seasons Seoul and Manhattan Conrad Singapore. Other notable openings he was heavily involved with are ATLAS, 28 HongKong Street and The Pontiac.

More recently Jason and his partners founded House Made Hospitality, a Sydney-based collective of bars and restaurants. A diverse mix of 16 venues, ‘HMH’ includes 4x hatted restaurants, cocktail bars, hotel bars, cafes and a pub. The team are passionate about humble, generous and enthusiastic hospitality.

House Made Hospitality has a management agreement with Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Hotel, brining to life modern hospitality at Australia’s first 5-star hotel.

Always a bartender at heart, Jason is passionate about elevating guests drinking experiences – whether it’s a cold beer or a frozen martini.
