Fay Greenhalgh is a highly experienced lighting designer with over 25 years specialising in hotels, restaurants and immersive guest environments. Her work has been trusted by international operators including InterContinental, Marriott and Accor, with a focus on lighting strategies that elevate hospitality design at every touchpoint.

Fay began her career in London with projects like Westminster Abbey’s Jerusalem Chamber before relocating to Australia where she now leads Studio All’s lighting direction. Her approach balances technical expertise with emotional sensitivity, designing lighting schemes that enhance the mood, comfort and rhythm of hospitality spaces from arrival to check-out. She has delivered work across heritage hotels, resort suites, fine dining restaurants and intimate bar settings.
