Craig is the Senior Vice President, Head of Operations for Pan Pacific Hotels Group, responsible for driving operational excellence across a global portfolio of 30 cities in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Throughout his career, Craig has spearheaded growth and operations across various international markets and brings with him a deep understanding of the hospitality sector and cultural nuances.

Prior to Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Craig was Managing Director of La Vie Hotels & Resorts, where he spearheaded growth and operations across Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ukraine and Vietnam. He was previously Executive Vice President – COO at ONYX Hospitality Group, where he led strategic planning and execution of business strategies and operational processes across the portfolio.
