Melinda has 20 years of professional experience delivering a wide range of projects both in Australia and the UK. She has operated as a Project Director in the Sydney marketplace since 2012 for market leading consultancies and is currently acting as Project Director for Essence Project Management.
She has a design background, delivering successful projects in the commercial, hotels, mixed-use, and local government sectors.
More recently, her focus has been on the hotel sector, contributing to successful project outcomes of leading hotel design and delivery that align Sydney projects with the global market. She is passionate about the current opportunities in Australia for hotel re-invention and to be part of the vision and project delivery.
Her international experience managing projects with a wide range of cultures, has meant a diverse management approach to project delivery and communication.
Essence Project Management is currently working with leading overseas developers and hotel operators delivering projects in Sydney and Melbourne.
