Will is a Commercial Manager at SHAPE with more than 17 years’ experience delivering complex refurbishment and fitout projects. He works closely with clients, designers, and consultants from the early stages of projects, helping shape practical delivery strategies that balance design intent, program, and operational requirements. Much of Will’s experience involves upgrading and repositioning spaces within live environments – including hotels, hospitality venues, retail, and commercial workplaces – where maintaining the guest or customer experience is essential. He has a particular interest in projects that revitalise existing assets and help operators unlock new value from their spaces.
