He has strong hotel master planning skills and the ability to manage complex projects without compromising the design outcome.

Mike has strong leadership skills coupled with his commitment to design excellence, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and strong business sense which is essential in an industry that sees hotel brands continually evolving, as they try to outdo each other.
